Shipping and Returns

 

If you have purchased an item from us and it does not live up to your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping), provided it meets the return criteria.

Product must be in original packaging and be in a re-sellable condition. 

  • Any items returned that are not in their original, unopened packing, and are not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

  • Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip (online only). There will be no refunds on any product without a valid receipt.

  • Special order items are returnable for store-credit only.

  • Refunds will be credited back in the same method of payment as the initial purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for (but not limited to) the following items: product purchased on sale, personalized items, gift cards, and Personal Care items

 

For online purchases:

  • Product must be returned with the return shipping prepaid & insured. Shipping charges, customs fees or duties are non-refundable.

  • Returns from online orders may be made at the store level subject to the above criteria.

 

For in-store purchases:

  • Gift Returns are subject to exchange or store credit only.

  • Customer information and personal ID may be required.

 *Shipping to destinations with a 0 as the second character in the postal code are not eligible for free shipping and may be charged additional shipping fees.

Free shipping for all orders over $120 before tax. Choose this method if this applies to you! Some restrictions apply -- items that are unusually large or heavy (ie the balance bikes, oversized Lego sets etc.. ) may be charged additional shipping fees. You will be contacted in these circumstances. Addresses considered to be remote locations by UPS may be subject to additional shipping fees at our discretion. You will be contacted in this case. *Shipping to destinations with a 0 as the second character in the postal code are not eligible for free shipping and may be charged additional shipping fees.

Parcels shipped through UPS or similar carrier will be prepared to ship within three business days.

Shipping is only available automatically within Canada at this time. However we are happy to provide a quote for shipping cost to other locations. To do this please email or include your full ship to address so we can a quire a quote.

Once orders are filled they can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been filled, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Any shipping fees that have already been incurred will not be refundable.

Sale items 

Sale items are final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Our return procedure

 

  1. Please email us for a Return Authorization # (RA #)
  2. A Return Form will be emailed to you. Please fill out the entire return form and include it in the shipment.
  3. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.
  4. Properly package the product in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.
  5. Return product with shipping prepaid to:

Please Note:
To ensure we receive your return, it's always best to use a shipping company that includes insurance and provides a tracking number for the package. (ie. Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS, USPS insured, etc)

Once your return is received and processed by The Swag Sisters' Toy Store, you will be refunded via the original method of payment for the full purchase price of your merchandise, less the shipping costs.
