Please note that orders orders between February 2 and 11 will not ship till February 12.
In store pick up will be available regular hours. Please note we will be closed on the 5 and 6th of February. Call or check our hours if you aren't sure.

If you have purchased an item from us and it does not live up to your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping), provided it meets the return criteria.
Product must be in original packaging and be in a re-sellable condition.
* Any items returned that are not in their original, unopened packing, and are not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
* Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip (online only). There will be no refunds on any product without a valid receipt.
* Special order items are returnable for store-credit only.
* Refunds will be credited back in the same method of payment as the initial purchase.
* We cannot accept returns or exchanges for (but not limited to) the following items: product purchased on sale, personalized items, gift cards, and Personal Care items
For online purchases:
* Product must be returned with the return shipping prepaid & insured. Shipping charges, customs fees or duties are non-refundable.
* Returns from online orders may be made at the store level subject to the above criteria.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our return procedure
1. Please email us for a Return Authorization # (RA #)
2. A Return Form will be emailed to you. Please fill out the entire return form and include it in the shipment.
3. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip.
4. Properly package the product in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.

Please Note:
To ensure we receive your return, it's always best to use a shipping company that includes insurance and provides a tracking number for the package. (ie. Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS, USPS insured, etc)
